By accessing or using Frontgate Recall Lab services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

2. User Accounts and Obligations

You must create an accurate account to access courses. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your credentials. Accounts may be suspended for violations including sharing login details or abusive behavior.

• Comply with all applicable laws

3. Payments, Refunds and Subscriptions

4. Content License

Frontgate Recall Lab grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased courses for personal educational use. Course content, videos, materials and assessments remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, sell, redistribute or use content for commercial purposes without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data or learning outcomes. Courses are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Termination and Changes

We may terminate accounts or modify services at any time with notice. You may cancel your account via settings or by emailing support. These terms supersede all prior agreements.
